Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vital Health Tec. We are committed to ensuring your order is processed efficiently and delivered safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or high-value items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be displayed on the product page or confirmed via email.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • USPS (for select items)

You will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on carrier timelines and your delivery location.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free, with the exception of Porch Delivery and White Glove Delivery. These are calculated at checkout based on selected service level.
  • For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.


4. High-Value Order Handling

Because we sell high-ticket items, we take extra steps to ensure secure and timely delivery:

  • Orders over $1,000 USD may require:
    • Adult signature on delivery
    • Additional identity verification prior to shipment
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the shipping address provided.


5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to only the lower 48 U.S. states (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any US territories).

If your state or territory is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance at support@yourdomain.com.


6. International Shipping

We cannot offer international shipping at this time.



7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Carrier issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in tracking and resolving the issue.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

All high-value shipments are insured. In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.
  • Provide photos and documentation if the item is damaged.
  • We will work with the carrier to initiate a claim and either replace the item or issue a refund, based on the outcome.

Important: Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received must be reported within 48 hours for investigation.


9. Order Changes and Address Corrections

Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible if the item has already shipped. If you need to modify your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@vitalhealthtec.com with your order number.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
