Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued prior to returning any item. Returns without prior
approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $500.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, especially if the product requires inspection, repackaging, or refurbishment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please Note: Original shipping charges such as Porch Delivery or White Glove Delivery are non- refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage or defect in your message.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.
